Introducing FITR’s New Fitness Calculators: Rep Converter, Percentage Table & Pace Estimator

Rep Converter: Smarter Strength Programming

Programming strength work often involves estimating how a weight lifted for one rep might translate to multiple reps—or vice versa. Our Rep Converter takes the guesswork out of that process.

How it works

Simply enter a weight and the number of reps, and we’ll calculate the estimated equivalent for any rep range from 1 to 20 reps.

Example

If you can lift 100kg for 1 rep, the Rep Converter will estimate what you could lift for 8 reps: 81kg. This is incredibly useful for:

  • Coaches programming progressive overload
  • Athletes building towards 1RM testing
  • Clients tracking rep-max improvements over time

Percentage Calculator: Quick Training Intensity Insights

Need to quickly scale training intensity based on a known value? Our Percentage Calculator makes it effortless.

How it works

Enter a number—commonly your 1RM or max effort—and get a table showing 2.5% to 100% increments with the corresponding values.

Example

Input 200kg, and the calculator instantly shows you:

  • 80% = 160kg
  • 70% = 140kg
  • …all the way down to 2.5%

Pace Calculator: Plan Your Runs with Confidence

Enter a pace (e.g. 5:00 per km), and we’ll display your estimated finish times for key distances:

  • 1km, 5km, 10km
  • Half marathon (21.1km)

  • And custom distances in both km and miles
