At FITR, we're constantly evolving our features to make our solution the best personal training software available to PTs everywhere. In this blog, we're excited to share the most recent updates we've made to our platform to revolutionise how you interact with your clients. Read on to learn more about our most recent developments and updates.
This feature has been designed to provide greater flexibility in adapting your programs to meet your client's evolving needs. Clients have been able to update their calendar for some time, but now you can too!
We've made it possible for you to reschedule a client's program directly in the FITR platform. For example, if a client subscribes to one of your Session 1, Day 1 programs, you can move their current day, shifting the entire program in their calendar to the date and week you have specified.
As with all our updates, we've made this as simple and intuitive as possible. You can complete this in a few simple steps, allowing you to continue focussing on other tasks that need your attention. Here's a quick overview of the process for this new feature:

You'll be able to use this feature on any of your subscription-based programs, such as Group Rolling Calendar and 1-2-1 program types.
Uploading media such as movement videos and supporting documentation just got easier!
Suppose you or your clients are uploading media to the platform, whether it's a movement video, a form check or a supporting document. We know it can take a while to complete the upload, especially if you're on the go and relying on mobile data.
Our latest update has made it possible to navigate away from the upload page while your file uploads in the background. No more waiting around – your file will be ready and waiting for you when you return.
This improvement streamlines the uploading process, so you can be more efficient with your time.
We understand the importance of a visually appealing and user-friendly platform!
We've listened to our coaches' feedback and reimagined the Program Cover Media design process. Previously, you needed four images for optimal display in various views, such as the table view, mobile view, list view and program preview area. Now, you only need two.
This design consolidation aims to make adding Cover Media quicker whilst giving the program page a fresh look.
There's no need to worry about your existing images; we've made the transition seamless, and there's nothing for you to do. Your current images will be adapted to work in this new format automatically.
Your clients will experience an updated and visually pleasing program page, ensuring their journey and experience as one of your clients is even more engaging and enjoyable.
